Not liable if there are undeclared restricted, illegal, or banned items including commercial quantity for a value of more than $200.00 for resale purposes, fragile materials, explosives, weapons, firearms, illegal materials, personal or bank checks, money orders, ammunition, negotiable instruments, radioactive materials, camping stoves, chain saw, engine, auto parts, illegal drugs, fresh fruits & vegetables, pornography, or any other items prohibited for transport under USA/CANADA/EUROPE/ASIAN country’s law and the destination country.
Not liable to any partial loss, breakage, spoilage caused by; incorrect declaration of cargo, improper or insufficient packing, marking or addressing of the shipment, securing or inspection of the US/CANADA/EUROPE/ASIAN countries customs.
Not liable if the agent, who picks up the box and receives the payment from the customers, does not advise Pinoy Pride LLC. about the package picked up and the payment received. However, Pinoy Pride LLC will assist the customers in tracking down the agent who is liable.
Has the right to return the package to the sender w/ full refund if it will not be shipped for some reason.
Has the right to put the box into auction in case of nonpayment after 30-60 days from the arrival of the vessel to the Philippines.
Not liable for any other duties and taxes.
Maximum liability is ¥30,000.00 in Japan or $200 in US/CANADA/EUROPE per box for total loss of package. Shipper may increase the limitations of liability by declaring a higher value and paying the supplementary charges if required.
